Delete Your RankTennis Account

You can permanently delete your RankTennis account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the RankTennis app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us at support@ranktennis.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Account deletion permanently removes:

Your profile (name, username, contact details, location, photo)
Your login credentials and account record
Your match history, ratings, and rankings
Your messages and conversations
Your friendships, club memberships, and activity feed posts
Your coach profile and reviews, if applicable
Your push notification tokens

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. We may keep aggregated counts that cannot identify you (for example, the total number of matches played on RankTennis).
